Sales materials and social posts

Materials is where the Rentor team puts the things you sell with. It has two shelves, and both are there for sales reps and sales partners.

Where to find it

  • Web — Materials, under Team in your menu.
  • App — More → Materials.

Social posts

A social post is a photo (or several) or a short video with a caption, made by the Rentor team and ready to go on your own pages: WhatsApp and WhatsApp Status, Instagram and Instagram Stories, Facebook and Facebook Stories, TikTok, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat and anything else your phone can share to.

Your link rides on every share. The caption goes out with your own signup link added at the end. Anyone who joins Rentor through that link is attributed to you, exactly as if they had typed your code — so a post shared from your account earns for you.

Sharing from your phone

  1. Open the post and tap Share…, or tap the network you are aiming for.
  2. Your phone's share sheet opens with the photo or video and the caption. Pick the app — WhatsApp (chat or Status), Instagram (post, Story or Reel), TikTok, Snapchat, Telegram, X, whatever is installed.
  3. Post as you normally would. The caption is already in place; add or change anything you like.

On an Android phone using the Rentor app, the share sheet carries the caption and your link; tap the photo or video first to open and save it, then attach it from your gallery. Opening the Materials page in your phone's browser shares the photo or video directly.

Sharing from a computer

  • WhatsApp, Telegram, X, Facebook and LinkedIn open in a new tab with the caption and your link filled in (Facebook and LinkedIn take the link only, so the caption is copied for you to paste).
  • Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Status and Stories are posted from the app on your phone. Use Download and Copy caption, then post from the app — or open the page on your phone and share in one tap.

What is recorded

Each time you share, copy or download, the app notes which network you chose. The team can see how many times a post was shared and by whom — nothing about who saw it, and nothing from your phone beyond that tap. Your own count shows under each post.

The library

The library holds brochures, flyers, price one-pagers, images and walkthrough videos. Everything in it is approved for you to show and share with prospects, grouped by category so the flyer you need in front of a landlord is not buried under social banners.

  • Images open right in the library, full screen on the app.
  • PDFs open in a new tab on web, or in your phone's viewer from the app.
  • Videos in the library are hosted links (for example YouTube) and open in your browser or the video app.

What "published" means

You see a post or a library item only once the team has published it. Drafts and retired items are simply not there — so if it is in Materials, it is current and safe to use. When something worth announcing lands, you get a notification, and the team usually posts a notice too.

The reverse also holds: when an item is unpublished or deleted, it disappears and its old links stop working. Copies you have already posted on your own pages stay where they are — that is your page.

Use materials as they are — they carry Rentor's branding, pricing and legal wording. If you need something that does not exist yet, ask for it on your supervisor line.
